Provisions for participating interests
The provisions for participating interests concern participating interests that have a negative balance value on the balance sheet date, and for which Q-Park is liable for its share in the liabilities of the participating interests concerned.

The provisions formed at the end of 2015 and 2014 will be settled within 12 months and the time value of money is assumed to have no influence on the balance sheet position.
The provision of EUR 1.0 million (2014: EUR 0.7 million) concerns provisions for financial claims concerning (legal) disputes and reorganisations related to the restructuring and further configuration of the country organisations into the regions.
